Return Time Frame
Customers can return any items that are not custom-made to their measurements within 30 days of receiving their items. For ready-made items, customers can exchange items within 90 days of delivery.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Receipt Requirement
No receipt is required for returns.

Not Eligible for Return: Custom-made items, used items, and clearance items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at info@rumortrunk.com to request a return label.
2. Drop the item off at a local shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs
The refunded amount will exclude the original shipping cost paid for the returned item(s). The subtracted shipping cost will cover the return shipping expenses for customers.

Refund Method
Customers will be refunded back to their original payment method once the return is processed.

Processing Time
Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued within this period.

Exchanges
Customers have 90 days to exchange unused items in their original condition. Accepted reasons for exchanges include incorrect size or style preference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional charge. Please submit pictures as proof of damage or defect to info@rumortrunk.com. We will provide a pre-paid return label for you to ship back the defective item.

International Returns
Returns are accepted globally with the return fee matching the original shipping cost paid by the customer. Different regions may incur a specific return fee.
